Nia Teacher Sam Hyde (based in Cardiff) is excited to bring Nia to Glastonbury so you can experience it. Sam is holding a series of "Discover and Celebrate Nia" days that are designed to be a great introduction to the Nia technique.
If you are looking for regular classes, sorry there are none in Glastonbury at the moment. Perhaps You would be interested in teaching Nia? All you need to do is come along to these taster days, if you still like the idea then sign up for the Nia Teacher White Belt Intensive in Cardiff January 2008.
